About the project

Our project is about our cultural heritage.We aim to be aware of our Culture.Our main goal is to discover our cultural heritage around the world using Web 2 tools. Our students will share their "discoveries" using ICT. Students present monuments and sights of the place they live and their country. They have educational visits to the monuments and cultural places (sights, museums, etc) and they create crafts and digital presentations of the monuments and visits.They interview their relatives and search for information about their every day life elements in music, cooking,clothing , jobs,hobbies and games.Partners share the presentations of their students' activities on a common web magazine.

AIMS

-We aim to be aware of our cultural heritage for all countries all around Europe and Unesco Protected Monuments.Students will introduce their cultural heritage, they will share their photos and ideas.- Learn about other cultures in Europe, discuss similarities and differences.-Improvement of the ability of collaboration and communication between students. -Searching for information in magazines, newspapers, books, school books, libraries, internet.-Improvement of the students' ability of the presentation of their activities to their classmates and their eTwinners.-The crosscurricular approach will help the students to improve their skills at English, History, Geography, Arts, Environmental Education, Computers etc- to increase of ICT experience and competence.-To develop students' English Skills.-appreciate their cultural heritage and share this knowledge with their peers in their respective schools, families and friends.

WORK PROCESS

September :Introducing our school/ country/team-Designing of the project Logo-Adding the students on the twinspace.October:The place we live (Presentation).November: "Visiting a museum!"Students present the musuems in their place , share information and make crafts.December:The religious monuments. of the students' place.Religious life and holidays.Traditional customs.January: Christmas and New Year crafts and cards. Students make Happy Holiday cards and send them to their eTwinners.February:My country is a good tourist destination. Students make a travel guide about their country. The sights and the places they think will be a good tourist destination and attraction. March:We protect the place we live. Students talk about the fauna and flora of their place. April:Paintings,Sculptures,Traditional songs,handicrafts,traditions(oral or written),traditional house,festival,myths,legends etc.May:Project evaluation -Project Ebook

EXPECTED RESULTS

-An open web cultural magazine-A common web video channel-Communication and collaborationWith this project:-Students will be know more about history.-Cultural awareness will be broadened.-improve English and IT, improve knowledge of history, geography, art and desing, technologies.-Students will be able to learn about a lot of things both their own country and other participant countries.-Students will see what are the cultural heritage in their own country and others'-Students will use different kinds of web2 tools.

Short description after realization 

The project "Our Cultural Heritage-Where the past meets the future"  was about our cultural heritage. We aim to be aware of our Cultural. Our main goal was to discover our cultural heritage around the world using Web 2 tools. Our students  shared their discoveries using ICT. Students presented monuments and sight of the place they live and their country. They had educational visits to the monuments and they created crafts and digital presentations of the monuments.They interviewed their relatives and searched for information about their every day life elements in music, cooking, clothing , jobs,hobbies and games. Partners shared  the presentations of their students' activities on a common web magazine. The founders of this project were partners from Greece and Turkey.  A total of 53 teachers and 249 pupils participated in this project. This project involved 13 students of the Medical school "Belgrade".

Projekat "Naša kulturna baština - gde se prošlost susreće sa budućnošću" odnosio se na našu kulturnu baštinu. Cilj nam je bio da podignemo važnost svesti o našoj kulturnoj baštini.  Naš glavni cilj bio je da otkrijemo našu kulturnu baštinu, kao i kulturnu baštinu širom sveta koristeći Veb 2 alate. Naši učenici su podelili svoja saznanja koristeći ICT. Učenici su predstavili spomenike svoje zemlje i  mesto gdje žive, kao i svoju zemlju. Imali su edukativne posete spomenicima i stvarali zanate i digitalne prezentacije o kulturnim spomenicima. Intervjuisali su rođake i tražili informacije o elementima svakodnevnog života u muzici, kuvanju, odeći, poslovima, hobijima i igrama. Partneri su podelili prezentacije i aktivnosti svojih učenika na zajedničkom veb magazinu. Osnivači ovog projekta bili su partneri iz Grčke i Turske. U projektu je učestvovalo 53 nastavnika i 249 učenika. U ovom projektu učestvovalo je 13 učenika Medicinske škole "Beograd".
